Our Story
The foundation of LVAS was built on precision, discipline, and trust. The three of us first met while serving together in the Royal Air Force, working side by side on technically demanding missions across the world. Over the years, we developed a shared commitment to excellence and recognised a growing need for dependable, high-quality aerial services across multiple industries.

As Managing Director of LVAS, Jordan is steering the company’s vision, growth, and operational excellence. Drawing on extensive experience in the Royal Air Force and Rocket Lab, he combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to guide high-performing teams and deliver innovative aerial data solutions across multiple sectors.
Under his leadership, LVAS leverages cutting-edge technology and client-focused service, benefiting from Jordan’s broad industry perspective and commitment to the highest standards of safety and performance.
A skilled pilot in both manned and unmanned operations, Jordan holds a Private Pilot Licence, Night Rating, ATPL theory credits, and a TQUK Level 4 Award for Commercial Drone Pilots (RQF), reflecting his operational expertise and dedication to excellence.

As Commercial Director of LVAS, Aaron brings over eight years of experience from the Royal Air Force, where he completed multiple operational deployments around the world. His background combines technical expertise with strong leadership, forming the foundation of his commitment to precision, safety, and quality in every project.
At LVAS, Aaron leads operational delivery, guiding a team of specialists to provide advanced aerial data solutions that help clients make informed decisions, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and transform site management. His diverse experience spans aviation, construction, and large-scale industry contracts — including work with Boeing, where he honed his skills in complex operations and project execution.
Aaron pairs technical excellence with practical insight to ensure LVAS consistently delivers safe, reliable, and innovative solutions tailored to each client’s needs. He also holds the TQUK Level 4 Award for Commercial Drone Pilots (RQF).

With nearly a decade of leadership experience in the Royal Air Force, he brings a proven record of operational excellence and mission-critical decision-making to LVAS’s dynamic flight team.
Nathan holds a TQUK Level 5 Award for Commercial Drone Chief Pilots (RQF). This advanced certification underlines his expertise in safety management, operational oversight, maintenance, and regulatory compliance, positioning him at the forefront of commercial UAV operations at LVAS.
